I’ve mapped out a hypothetical descending channel.

We’re keeping a close eye on the 104-106k range — a block of limit orders is tightly compressing, and overall, there’s a sense of weakness in market sentiment for buying.

For those who’ve been accumulating around the 90-91k level, it’s safe to start taking some profits.

Let’s monitor the reaction based on several factors:
— Break of the Fibonacci level at 102.5k
— Deviation formation and breakout from the channel
— Interaction with the center of the block at 105k
— The final squeeze of the block — reaction at 106k
— A potential return to test the upper channel boundary

Dominance is showing signs of erratic movement, but so far, not as much as we’d like.

Ideally, we weather through Friday calmly, then go into sideways action over the weekend, trading in the 103-100k range — giving altcoins some room to breathe while we enjoy the wild ride.

Sell when you see too much optimism, and buy when everyone is convinced it’s all falling apart!
