NV Protocol is building the next generation of AI agent infrastructure. We're creating an AI Agent Launch Studio where AI agents handle most operations automatically. We're looking for our first growth team member to orchestrate these AI systems and ensure their effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Company Channel Growth:
▫️Build and grow NV Protocol's main social channels on X & Telegram
▫️Set up and manage founders' personal brands and channels
▫️Configure AI agents for content generation
▫️Monitor metrics and optimize performance
▫️Ensure brand consistency

AI Agent Operations:
▫️Configure and deploy AI agents for clients and company
▫️Set up agent personalities and parameters
▫️Monitor performance and adjust settings
▫️Document successful configurations
▫️Manage automated posting and engagement
▫️Fine-tune automation rules based on results

Human-Touch Operations:
▫️Build relationships with crypto media outlets
▫️Coordinate PR activities and announcements
▫️Establish and maintain KOL relationships
▫️Support founders in media communications
▫️Manage sensitive communications
▫️Identify partnership opportunities
▫️Set up AI agents for KOL support
▫️Handle crisis communications

Requirements:

Must Have:
▫️2+ years in crypto marketing
▫️Understanding of crypto PR landscape
▫️Comfort with automated systems
▫️Basic technical understanding
▫️Strong analytical mindset
▫️Ability to spot and solve automation issues
▫️Good interpersonal communication skills
▫️Ability to handle sensitive information

Nice to Have:
▫️Experience with AI tools
▫️Knowledge of token launches
▫️Existing relationships in crypto media
▫️Experience working with influencers
▫️Crisis communication experience
