Currently we are in search of a Product Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
▫️Product Strategy: Develop and refine product strategies aligned with user needs and crypto trends.
▫️Market Research: Conduct market analysis to drive product improvements and new features.
▫️Feature Management: Plan, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap with design and engineering teams.
▫️User Engagement: Gather feedback, conduct interviews, and enhance UX.
▫️Oversee feature launches, testing, and performance analysis for optimization.
▫️Collaboration: Work closely with development and marketing teams to meet deadlines.
▫️Product Analytics: Monitor key metrics, create dashboards, and optimize for business goals.
▫️Post-Release Analysis: Assess feature effectiveness and inform future improvements.

Requirements:
▫️DeFi Expertise: Proven experience in DeFi product management.
▫️Crypto Enthusiast: Passionate about the crypto space with deep industry knowledge.
▫️Proactive & Independent: Self-driven with minimal guidance required.
▫️Problem-Solving: Strong prioritization and issue-resolution skills.
▫️Process Improvement: Detail-oriented with a focus on workflow optimization.
